Okobo Development Union (ODU)
The Okobo Development Union is guided by a leadership structure committed to unity, service, and the collective advancement of Okobo people. The Union’s leadership is responsible for providing direction, coordinating activities, and ensuring that the aims and objectives of the Union are effectively pursued.
Founding Leadership
The Union was founded in 1935 under the leadership of its first President, Late Etubom Okon Ita Mbe, whose vision and commitment laid the foundation for organized community representation and development in Okobo.
Current Leadership Structure
The affairs of the Union are administered through duly constituted leadership positions, which may include:
